Domestic and International Shipping:
All orders are processed and shipped via Canada Post.
We offer shipping services both domestically within Canada and internationally.
Shipment Processing Time:
While we strive to process and ship orders on the same day they are received, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:
Within Canada:
- Expedited Parcel: 1 to 10 business days (with tracking)
- Priority: 1 business day (with tracking)
- Xpresspost: 1 to 2 business days (with tracking)
United States:
- Expedited Parcel USA: 4 to 7 business days (with tracking)
- Small Packet USA Air: 5 to 8 business days (without tracking)
- Tracked Packet USA: 4 to 7 business days (with tracking)
- Xpresspost USA: 2 to 3 business days (with tracking)
International:
- International Parcel Air: 6 to 10 business days (no tracking)
- International Parcel Surface: 1 to 3 months (no tracking)
- Small Packet International Air: 12+ business days (no tracking)
- Small Packet International Surface: 1 to 3 months (no tracking)
- Tracked Packet International: 6 to 10 business days (with tracking)
- Xpresspost International: 4 to 7 business days (with tracking)
Liability for Shipping Issues:
Enthusiast Avenue is committed to providing prompt and efficient delivery services to all our customers. However, please be aware of the following liabilities:
Delayed Orders: While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, there may be instances where orders are delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays. Enthusiast Avenue is not liable for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed order.
Lost or Misrouted Orders: In the rare event that an order is lost or misrouted during transit, Enthusiast Avenue cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or inconvenience experienced by the customer. We will, however, work diligently with the courier service to locate and expedite the delivery of your order.
Customer’s Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details and arrange for the receipt of the order. Enthusiast Avenue shall not be liable for any costs or damages related to the loss, misrouting, or delay of orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer or failure to receive the order.
