Where do you ship from, and how fast?

Every order ships from Montreal, Quebec, within 2–3 business days. Once it's with the carrier, delivery time depends on your province; most Canadian orders arrive within a week of shipping.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from real Canada Post rates, based on your address and the weight of your order. Orders of $250 or more ship free anywhere in Canada.

Will I pay duties or surprise fees?

If you're in Canada: never. Your order ships domestically, so there are no duties, no brokerage fees, and no exchange-rate math. The CAD price you see is what you pay. For US orders, what matters is where the product was made, not where it ships from. English Pokemon product is printed in the USA, so under USMCA it typically enters the US with zero tariffs. Kayou product is made in China, so US buyers may see duties on those orders. Either way, any import charges on arrival are the buyer's responsibility, and we declare shipments honestly.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Everything we sell is factory-sealed product sourced through authorized distribution, and every shipment is inspected on arrival before it goes anywhere near our shelves. We're collectors first: we know exactly what counterfeit and resealed product does to this hobby, and we'd rather stock nothing than stock something we can't stand behind.

Why is so much of your catalog sold out?

English sealed product has been genuinely hard for small shops to source since 2025. Distributors allocate to volume, and the sets we carried in 2024 are now out of print. Rather than delete those pages, we keep them up with working waitlists. Sold out means sold out, not abandoned.

When do you restock?

Whenever we can source more product. Waitlist signups on sold-out products are our shopping list: they tell us what to chase, and waitlist members get the restock email before anything is announced publicly.

How do you pack orders?

Like the contents matter, because to a collector they do. Sealed boxes ship double-boxed with corner protection; blisters ship rigid so promo cards arrive unbent. No loose product rattling around an oversized box.
