Mega Dream ex (M2a) released in Japan on November 28, 2025 as the year-end High Class Pack, and it is the Japanese set behind the English Ascended Heroes expansion. High Class boxes are built differently from a regular set: 10 packs of 10 cards, every pack guaranteed a Pokemon ex or Mega ex. It reprints Mega Charizard X ex, Mega Lucario ex and Mega Gardevoir ex, introduces the Mega Attack Rare rarity, and its chases are the Mega Dragonite ex Mega Ultra Rare and Special Illustration Rare, the Mega Gengar ex Special Illustration Rare and Team Rocket's Mewtwo ex. The set runs 193 cards before secrets.
