Final Sale Items:
All Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) sealed products are considered final sale items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these products.
Returnable Items:
Other products like binders, card sleeves, and other accessories, can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return (where applicable).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, along with your refund being issued, or if we require any further information.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
No Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
How to Return Your Item:
To return an item, please email customer service via chat on our home page, or email at support@enthusiastavenue.com, to receive your return instructions.
Place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:Enthusiast Avenue, 9 Rue Bussiere, Rigaud, QC, J0P 1P0
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
